Where is my order?
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days
We do aim to dispatch orders as soon as we possibly can.
Please allow up to 9-15 business days to receive your orders.
However, we do face postal delays sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur please wait for 20 working days to process a refund/ replacement if the product is not delivered.
Public holidays like Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, and some others will affect these delivery times. Please add another additional 4 business days to the delivery time frame as delays are expected with postal services which is out of our control.
Some fabrics are dispatched separately even if you have ordered them together as some products come from different warehouses.
Do you process urgent orders?
We do not process urgent orders. Every order is treated equally and will take the time specified above. The minimum wait time is 9-15 business days. Please consider this time frame before committing to a purchase. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded if you require the fabric to reach you sooner than our standard time frame of two weeks.
My fabrics arrived damaged? What do I do?
Before packaging, we stringently ensure the fabrics are not damaged.
We do not provide returns on goods sold by the yard.
I have changed my mind about my selection after purchase, can I have a refund
No we do not offer refunds once the payment has been made for change of mind so we kindly ask you to choose the quantity and the material very carefully.
Can I track my delivery?
We will send you a tracking number for most products as soon as they are dispatched. We use DHL, Fedex, TNT, Auspost.
Do you do wholesale?

Can I reorder the same fabric later if it becomes out of stock?
Yes, the fabric you are interested in can be produced again upon request but please note that the reproduced fabric may have subtle changes in colour, texture and other small differences. We try our best to remain faithful to the original design but as time goes by, there are some factors which are responsible for these subtle changes that are beyond our control. Also, if the same fabric is reordered at a later date, this condition still applies.
General terms and conditions.
In case of orders where the billing address is different to the shipping address, we may contact you to verify the authenticity of your order. Also, we will seek advice from our payment processor as to whether to honour the order or not. If we have reasonable doubt to believe that it might lead to a chargeback after the goods have been dispatched, we will issue you complete refund explaining this.
Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. If we find that the fabric you purchased is out of stock or is damaged, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the situation. You can either choose another fabric of your liking or we are more than happy to issue you a full refund.
Important information regarding fabric colours - Any colours mentioned on the website is only a general indication of that colour as colours are subjective. Colours in real life may vary from your computer, smart phone, tablet or any other electronic devices.
We do not issue refund or exchanges for variances in colour. Please choose carefully
