4. Shipping & Delivery

Please note:

Shipping delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Perfumes are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped via express post.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

As the fabric is cut particularly for the order, we do not accept returns.

In the unlikely event your fabric arrived damaged, even though we check our fabrics thoroughly, your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabricsutra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
